Can I make modifications to my order after it's paid?

Once an order has been confirmed, it can't be modified or adjusted. Please contact our support team to further assist.

I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?

Address updates can be requested, but are not guaranteed. Please review your all information before checking out.

How do I know if my order is confirmed?

When will my order dispatch?

Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery. Please be aware that pre-order items have the timeframes for shipment on the product page.
